Mark was very helpful in explaining the details of the door and opener I wanted to buy. He was also able to move my appointment date up by a day and that made the install date that much sooner. I also asked for an email copy of the estimate. I never received the estimate. If you are not able to send it by email, please send it by US Mail. Thanks John Biggs (760) 738-6869

Adjusted door perfectly. Small fix but I found regardless of the dollars spent with this company you’re treated the same each time. Never have been oversold which is much appreciated. Sometimes as a consumer you just have no idea what you really need. Diago (spelling) was outstanding explaining everything and adjusting the door.

Ben was great and I’m sure would have done the job perfectly but I had to delay the work. Ben was out sick and James ended up doing it. Also a great guy and like Ben a professional. Installation is done and everything works as it should. You have two great employees there, take care of them.
