the young tech was very proffesional mr leone was able to reset my garage door opener and explained that it was and old system 20 plus yrs and that when i needed a new one precision would give me a fair price and excellent service i reviewed some of the paperwork he left and the potenial cost. I let him know that as soon as i was ready i would call and schedule for the work I appreciate the excellent service and timely efficeincy of your service

James was excellent. Each phone call was professional and friendly. He called me 1/2 hour in advance to let me know when he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem quickly (it was an odd problem) and explained it to me well. He bid on three different solutions (first one was not likely to last) I did not feel like I received a hard sell. I am very pleased and will recommend Precision to my friends. I would give Mark 10 stars!!!! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met!!! We had bought a garage door from Lowe’s. 12 weeks later still no door. Then we were told 12 MORE weeks!! Got our money back and called Precision Doors. Mark came out the next morning and scheduled the install next week!!! What an amazing customer service experience!!!
