I had revised my update from before. Bruce the GM from precision door made it right and got the right panel installed for us as the previous one was with the glass on top when we wanted the glass on the side. The door came earlier than expected and Alec Roach installed it today. Great customer service all around! When something was wrong, they made it right without me having to make a case or argue. Definitely recommend you guys!

Tech used nails to reattach the trim strip around the door which had come loose. He kindly painted each nail head so that it would not show. The siding and framing on our home is a concrete fiber made to look like wood, It needs longer screws or nails than the standard install in order to attach anything to it.
