We're very pleased with the service and tech know-how. Office scheduler was quite pleasant and efficient. The technician,James,was personable and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem in under a minute,and finished repairs in less than 30 minutes. We would recommend Precision to anyone needing repairs.

Tech Chasen Leone provided 3 options from least expensive to most expensive, and I chose the third option because it provided the best solution to replace a twenty year old model with worn parts, not to mention a broken spring. Every option was spelled out to the penny and explained to my satisfaction. Chasen was energetic despite it being the last appointment of the day, and he did a superb job in the timeframe he predicted. I am very pleased with the new motor and it’s quiet operation. I will continue to have Precision maintain it over its lifetime. Will recommend Precision to others in need of garage door repair or replacement.
