The service man was one of the best service people I have ever counted, and I am 82 years old. He was very friendly and personable and explained everything he was doing. He very explicitly explained the benefits of installing a new battery motor, but I foolishly decided not to. We don't go out much. I also purchased two new remotes. If I did not have to pay another service charge, I would pay and have a new motor installed.

This appt. was for an estimate to replace 3 garage doors. The entire process was handled very professionally. After making the appt. I received a timely confirmation email, the agent, Mark Davidson, called when he was on his way. He met me at the garage and provided a very thorough evaluation of the process. Showed samples of the different types of doors, explained their differences, provided samples of materials and drawing of the process.

Our garage door remote stopped working. After a couple of weeks of hoping it would start working again, we called Precision to replace it. Logan came out and took care of it in a few minutes. He did not even charge for a service call., jus the remote. He was very courteous.
