Garage door spring broke Saturday night leaving me kind of trapped in the garage. Called Sunday morning and precision had Pedro come out later that day. technician Pedro was very professional and convinced me my 40 something year old door needed pretty much a whole rebuild. A little more than I expected to pay for a spring repair, but way worth it. Now the old door works like brand new and should be trouble free for many years to come. I would not hesitate to call precision doors again if I had a problem.

This morning my spring broke on my 20-year-old garage door. I called Precision Garage Door and they had a technician (Henry) come out same day, give me a overview of what the cost to fix the spring as well as a tune up cost, etc. We went forward with the whole deal; Henry was fast and clean. Such a relief to know that everything is adjusted, updated and works so much better. Thanks again for a great job and i will be getting your name out to my neighbors.

To whom it may concern: Where did you get the idea that the garage door is broken and needed spring repair? It is not broken and there is nothing wrong with the springs, even your person said that. I was very unhappy with the service this morning. I have a property management business and I give all of my garage door business to Precision, so of course I called you when I was having a problem with mine. My garage door was working just fine until the heavy rain we had recently. Then it started to not go all the way down, and I had to do it several times before it would go up or down. I assumed it was a simple adjustment. Raul, the person you sent out said the door was in balance and the sensors were lined up, that was the extent of his "25 point" inspection. He looked at the age of the motor, and said it had to be replaced. I said it was working perfectly before the rain, and I was not going to replace it based on the age! I'm sorry to say I did not feel confident that he knew what he was doing, he may be totally correct that I need a new motor, but I would never buy one from him. He left, and I went to close the door, and he had neglected to engage the door, so when I tried to shut it, the motor just turned. I had to call the office again and have him come back to engage the door, and guess what? I hit the remote and the door closed all the way on the first try! I paid him $107 dollars for just coming out and telling me I needed a new system, this is not what I have experienced in the past with your company, and frankly, I feel like I have been taken advantage of, (or tried to be taken advantage of). Like I said, I could be totally wrong, and I do need a new motor, but this man could not sell me anything! I don't even like to give a review like this, as I would not like to hurt another person intentionally, it's not personal, but it's truly how the experience left me. Thank you, Marian Brooker

Precision Garage Door Services technician, Ariel Zamora, did a great job replacing 2 of the panels on my double garage door, which I backed into and broke. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. Everyone I have dealt with at Precision are all wonderful people to deal with. I would highly recommend this company for garage door installations, repairs, or maintenance.

Technician Benjamin came out and serviced my broken garage door this evening and I couldn’t be happier. He arrived in just 90 minutes, even though my request was later in the evening. Other companies couldn’t come out until the next day. The service was professional and he was knowledgeable and kindly explained everything. My garage door works beautifully now and it was handled so quickly! Highly recommended.
