Horrible!!! The tech looked at the motor run and looked at rollers. He assessed the situation about 3 minutes and stated a quoite of minimum of approximately $1500 dollars (motor replace and roller adjustment!!! WHAT? Then he stated I owed him a fee of $89.00 for less than 5 minutes of an assessment. Poor Service. Poor Performance! Terrible prices! and Terrible that you don't disclose that there is a 90 dollar service fee if you dont do anything!! Terrible company

Ben came promptly at 8 am. I told him about the garage door problem and he checked it out. At end of visit I told him about the vacation mode did it work and he said that could very well be the problem. He replaced the unit and felt that would fix the issue. I did not expect to spend as much money with maintenance issues but sense he was there I decided to do now instead of later. I would like an itemization of the entire service please. Also he said he would extend a senior citizen discount.

Prompt and great notification when on way. Came within service window,Mario was professional and pleasant, gave me several repair options and didn’t pressure me for most expensive option.
