Our Tech, Jonathan Topping, is the best. We had several issues from broken springs to a faulty garage door opener. Jonathan took the time to outline several options for each of our issues and gave us quotes for each option. After the installation and repairs, he answered all of our questions and walked us thru both the digital and manual operation of the new opener. We would definitely recommend Precision and Jonathan.

This company has consistently marketed my company for years. The caller would say if you need a garage door quote, call us for a quick turn around. So when I needed a quick quote, I called. No estimators were available so the told me they forward my info and someone would call. The next morning they called me back, and I spoke with salesperson Mark and gave him the info he needed. He said he would text me a quote later that day. Didn't happen. Didn't happen 2 days later. The third day I left Mark a message and told him I was moving on to a company that could actually provide me with a simple quote. Never heard from him. Don't waste your time.
