Your technician was great. To set the record straight, our door did not have a broken spring. I was responding to an e-mail and post card I received from your company offering a discount for a periodic tuneup and lubrication. My comment to you is that the e-mail and pot card did not indicate that in addition for a charge for the tune up at a discount but would also cost for a service call so it was not $40+ but was over a Hundred dollars. Like your work but give you a poor grade for your deceptive advertising.

Excellent product and service. Mark was able to accommodate our challenging schedule including holding our new door in the warehouse for several weeks. Jesse and Hollis did a great job of installing a large and heavy garage door and worked together as an amazingly efficient team. We are very happy with the whole experience and our new garage door.
