Our garage door was in bad shape and there were multiple fixes needed. We use it a lot, and rely on it to function well. It had started to only close some of the time, and we would come back to the home to find it randomly wide open. We were also concerned about putting a car inside and not being able to open it, or even worse, someone getting hurt trying to operate it. Henry he had all the parts with him to do the job without even knowing the extent of repair. My appointment time was later in the day, but Henry’s attitude was great and the job was finished just at sun down. Thank you so much for improving our quality of life and security! Kudos to Henry!

We just purchased a new garage door from Precision of San Diego. From the sales person, Greg Burnes, to the installer, Ariel Zamora, we could not have asked for anyone any better. Greg was there with all of his samples and knowledge to help us navigate all the different types of doors with all of their optional equipment. Greg went through all of the pros and cons associated with everything. He was very knowledgeable. He did not try to hard sell anything. Once the door came in we met Ariel. He was very nice and, like Greg, very knowledgeable when he installed the door. He let us ask all of the questions that we had. He was more than happy to stop and give us an explanation to all of our concerns. He had the door installed in about 4 hours. He was even nice enough to stop and take his time to program the "opener code" in my car for me. Everything was cleaned up once he was finished. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with everything. I would not hesitate in recommending Precision of San Diego if you are in the market for a garage door, or a repair on an existing one.

absolutely amazing! I could not be happier with Precision and Alec, who came to replace my broken garage door. Precision had what I wanted in stock so there was no wait time for the work to happen! Old garage door broke on Friday afternoon and new garage door was in by the next Wednesday before noon! Alec was professional and quick and answered all my questions. And the new door is so much better than my old one I’m kicking myself for not calling Precision Garage Doors years ago.

This is the second time I've called Precision and they came through with flying colors. Last year Henry helped me out in a snowstorm. This year Pedro and Ariel helped me out after a snowstorm. Pedro and Ariel went out of their way to go back to the shop and get the correct parts for the three jobs - opener install, new seal, and new rollers - on our 3 garage doors. Have recommended them before and will again and I won't use anyone else but them in the future. Thanks guys!

I had an issue with my garage door Spring. It snapped in half. I called the company and had a tech come out within the next two hours. James our technician was very knowledgeable and gave me 5 different prices. We went with the basic repair and he went above and beyond the scope of business. He said he fixed the issue in only 20 minutes but had a hard time with the sensors on the bottom. He ended up replacing the sensors and tightened up all the screws and even placed a metal bracket to be more sturdy. I recommend James for any type of garage service. I plan to purchase a whole new garage door in the near future and I hope that James will be our technician when the time comes. I was very satisfied with the repair.
