Not broken spring, door panels appear to be coming unglued and causes door not to close. Benjamin started he had never seen that before but was not repairable. He gave me three quotes on new doors & openers so I could later discuss with my husband. He was not knowledgeable about this particular problem, but was overall informative on estimates and very courteous. I am however confused and somewhat unhappy that he took four or five pictures of my garage and contents.some picture seemed to be looking straight to back of garage and not even anything to do with door. We are obtaining other quotes for comparison. Thank you for prompt response on my non emergency call. We will be in touch.

My garage door opened would not open the door anymore. The unit was from Precision and had been installed by them 2016. The unit needed to replaced and was under warranty, but due to the new Califonia regulation that all new opener have have battery backup there was a reasonable charge. Hollis worked hard all day to first remove my old garage doors and then to install new ones. He had challenges-a very high ceiling, new doors were a slightly different size from the old ones- and he was able to figure out how to adapt the new doors. He worked tirelessly. He answered my questions and showed me how to operate the new doors and openers. He cleaned up the floor and garage area after he completed the installation. A job well done.
