I called on Monday evening and was offered an appointment either that day or Tuesday. Leo, the technician, came on Tuesday and quickly handled a simple service request as well as a more complicated issue with a poorly installed garage door opener. While fixing the bad installation, Leo went above and beyond. Other technicians had suggested much more expensive solutions. Leo initially considered one of those options too, but checked with his supervisor first. Together, they found a simpler, effective fix at a fair price. I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service and would gladly work with them again.

My technician was Javy Chavez. He saw what the problem was. The rollers got old, small and rusty; thus, there were too much resistance on the opener. Replaced them, and have no problems after that.

Okay everybody; this is my story in my own words. I am not employed by any Ad Agency, I don’t know anybody at Precision Garage door, nor do I work for them. I went out to open our garage door and nothing happened. Neither remote nor the wall switch would open the door. I did the usual and checked the safety sensors, power to the plug, tripped breakers etc., still nothing. I called Precision Garage Door of San Diego at 9:30 AM and had a new garage door opener and fully functioning garage door by 1:00 PM. Out Service Technician, Rick J arrived at our front door by 11:30 AM and was gone by 1:00 PM. Rick was very friendly, professional and provided us with 5 options for fixing our door, leaving the work area spotless. So, next time you see the TV commercial believe it!

The tension spring snapped in half. Repair techs were onsite within two hours. Replaced the spring, both wheel bearings and rollers. Realigned both tension wires and gave my a lifetime warranty. Great communication skills.
