Benjamin came by to replace a broken coupler and service our two doors. He was polite and very professional. He was on site for about 45 minutes and completely resolved our broken opener and serviced both doors and wall openers. We paid almost $400 for the repair and service of the two doors. Not cheap, but certainly worth the prompt, knowledgeable service. The only thing I have a concern with is the charge of $169.95 for an $11 part (Liftmaster Coupling Sprocket) which can be found on Amazon for $11? I feel the $90 fee to show up at my home along with the $90 fee to inspect and service two garage doors is fair. The Coupling Sprocket fee seems exorbitant to me. Please advise. Craig

Great company to work with. Price was right in the ballpark, maybe even a little higher. I was ok paying a few hundred more because they had the style of the door I wanted, faster delivery times, and I've enjoyed working with them in the past. Ariel the installer was very professional and on time.

On day after initial repair my garage door was not fully functioning. I called office to inform them of my concern. They sent my original technician, Benjamin, to resolve. Benjamin, with the help of his supervisor, determined the motor was causing the problem. He replaced it and my door is working properly. Benjamin arrived early, showed genuine concern. He was very professional yet accommodating. He immediately set to work, kept me informed, and replaced the motor. He made what I thought to be a really bad experience much better.

The tech was great. He called ahead of time and was very professional and friendly when he was here. The door itself has scratches on all the window trims and one of the door panels was scratched and repainted, but I caught it. Ariel said the office will order new stuff and replace in a few weeks. Happy with the service so far, looking forward to the scratched items to be replaced.

The technician was great and he explained everything completely. I did feel like some of the fees were a bit excessive $80 each for a remote is a lot but I appreciated him arriving on time and he was very thorough and did a great job.
