Josh came right on time, explained the problem and then talked through our options in simple terms. He was missing a spring needed for the repair and drove downtown to get an additional one and then back up to us to repair it all for us the same morning. Precision Garage Door Service , and especially field Manager James Myer, were absolutely the best. We have a 1927 house with historic original redwood doors that open into each other. We went to a large number of vendors to figure out how to fix or replace our malfunctioning doors. James was the ONLY one that could not only solve the puzzle of how to repair them, but also refused to recommend like everyone else that we had to get rid of the doors. He was so easy to work with and the cost was easily the best value of any home repair we have done in years. I will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone I know when it comes to garage doors. Plus he seems like an all around nice guy so that was awesome to have around!

Josh was such a great experience. I had technicians (3) from a competitor recently and I was charged big service calls with no real change. If Josh had come out months ago and noticed my springs needed lubricants, maybe my older motor wouldn’t have failed. It pays to use experienced pros. Precision is the way to go/
