I was told the installer would arrive between 8am and 10am he gave me a 15-minute notice and showed up right at 8 a.m. ripped out the old heavy door installed new with garage door opener and pulled out of here under 4 hours I am very impressed! I am very unhappy that I spent $750 on this repair. The invoice I received listed the 8 parts that were replaced, but no "labor" charges were listed. I don't believe the materials listed could have cost THAT much. Although Jonathan did repair the door, he worked on it for no more than 25 minutes. I chose "Precision" because of your BBB rating. I would hope that the qualifications for a Better Business Bureau rating would include "integrity" in your pricing. Your correct in thinking that I should have refused the job after the final estimate ( it was the lowest of three he gave me ) was given. I will not be recommending your business.
