Professional, quality parts and people, timely and courteous!!! My opener was damaged by me trying to clean a disgusting bird nest mess….I fried the mother board. Percision came to my house within the hour had an opener in their truck, fixed my ball bearings and reinforced where the opener attaches to the door. All broken parts where replaced, everything was greased-the door is smoother and quieter than the original (bought the house brand new)! Oh, and the opener has a lifetime warranty. Thank you so much Percision!!

The track hangers were not parallel to each other, which was causing the rollers to have to slide in and out suddenly with loud metallic thumps. Matt Gisbert very quickly adjusted the track hangers and brackets and lubricated all the rollers. We cycled the door several times so he could ensure that everything was operating correctly. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, and I would be pleased to have him come if we ever have another problem.
