I can't thank Gabe enough for his help over this past week. He took my call on a Sunday afternoon and stepped away from his family to assist me with re-programming my garage keypad and remotes. During that call, I shared with him the challenges I was facing in trying to fix/replace a window and frame on the garage door. He was very proactive and went above and beyond to help me resolve this matter within one week. This is something I've been trying to repair for almost a year. Called Precision to fix a broken torsion spring but ended up needing 2 new doors and new motors. They were great on initial visit and worked closely with my wife on selection of new doors that matched our style and budget. Unfortunately we had to wait for a month while the doors were ordered from the manufacturer, understandable and no big deal. However, when Rick, the installer, came out, they were the wrong doors. The correct doors then took ANOTHER month to come in, which was incredibly frustrating. Precision’s customer service was great and they made sure we were taken care of for the wait due to the manufacturers mistake. When Holis finally showed up to install the correct doors we noticed that the window inserts were incorrect. Then, he had to modify the motor rail to fit in the garage, which necessitated him coming back the next day. Needless to say the process was frustrating due to the wait and the mistakes, but Precision did a great job making up for them, and that’s the true test of a good company. When things went wrong they went out of their way to correct them quickly and to my satisfaction, which is all I can ask. The actual work was done quickly, quietly and efficiently and with a focus on our safety and security during COVID. We were happy with the work and the doors and the experience, minus the wait. If not for the 2 month delay I would happily give 5 stars. That being said, I would recommend Precision to anyone for new doors or service on existing doors. Every employee we met in person or spoke to on the phone was extremely courteous and professional. All in all a great experience.
