The tech that quoted me was professional. I was surprised however to find out there was a service fee to stop by and quote. When I clicked on the schedule button at the website I did not see any mention of service fee. I was simply asked for my personal information, address and such. Application of a fee should be clear and obvious at time of scheduling. The website does not do this.
