They installed a new hardware for the previous owner 2 years ago. Wanted to charge $850 to replace a $75 logic board that was covered by the lift master. I called lift master and they are sending the board for free. It will take 4 screw to fix

I certainly did my homework of getting my new garage door through the Costco program versus Precision Door and definitely Precision Door gave me a better experience, service and price on my garage door and door opener. I loved working with Mark Davidson, he was able to answer all my questions, so I was comfortable with my choice. He even came in the pouring rain because I had a question regarding the location where to install the power source for my wall mount garage door opener, so I could coordinate with the electrician. The technician Hollis Durland was great as well!! He is very skilled in installing the side mount opener which is not an easy task. He was quick and worked tirelessly! Fast, timely, and professional response that addressed the issue regarding my cables slipping off the pulley. in addition the tech discoveeed and resolved underlying issues w bad rollers and hinges (dragging and cracks). paid more than I was quoted over the phone, but the diagnostic/response fee was waived. regardless, I feel more confident that I chose the right company and it will be a long while before I have to call then out again.
