Started process today. Mark Davidson showed up to go over what was available. Knew within minutes he was the man for my job. He was very professional, sincere, and very personable. I could tell in a very short time he had integrity. No pressure and was willing to come back to show my wife what we had landed on. While at my home, he even went across the street to assist a neighbor with a squeaky door. He was happy to help him. The door only needed a bit of silicone spray, boy did he make an impression on me and my neighbor. I and sure my install will go smooth, but if an issue arrises, I know Mark will be there to make it right. Very Happy Customer on day one !! Steve

There was NO broken garage door. Sometimes would not open when first engaged. Sounded awful loud and just not right. Adjustment was made and understand now operates much better. Seems like the recently (3 years ago) installed opener is much less efficient than the previous opener. This is the second time it has needed EXPENSIVE service in the last three years. Not happy with the expense. Would not recommend Precision. Next time will try some other company. Would recommend 3 stars (GENEROUS) due to unreliability of the product and expense of service. Technicians have been very efficient and knowledgeable You DO NOT want me to leave a review on Google or Yelp or anything else

Jim did a good job, changed the Lifmaster motor for the belt drive opener, hope this one last longer than the Liftmaster.

Greg was very knowledgeable and personable. We felt very comfortable working with him. He answered all of our questions and helped us decide how we wanted to proceed. We will meet with one other company before we make a decision. If Precision is competitive with the price quote from Costco, we'll go with Precision.

Nothing but positive vibes here. I was in need of a garage door opener replacement and Precision Garage Door sent out a technician same day! Pedro was awesome and he replaced my garage door opener with a new belt drive system. His work was done quickly and efficiently, around 2 hours! He also took time to explain the new unit, how to use the keypad and remotes, and answer any questions I have. I have nothing but the greatest thanks for the outstanding work provided by Pedro and the rest of the team at Precision Garage Door. I'll definitely be recommending you to friends and family!

I had to have Pedro Almanza come out today March 29th, the new garage door entry code box was not working. He called me ahead of time and I met him. He fixed the problem and said if it happens again to just call him. He is always, on time, polite, courteous and fixes the issue. Highly recommend him!!!
