Excellent experience with Precision Garage Door! James Myer arrived promptly and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He replaced our springs and made several "tune up" adjustments so the garage door works much better than before. I highly recommend James and Precision, they are first-rate.

Precision Door came to us through a landscape contractor. I did not know what to expect. I was nervous at first but from the inspection to the installation everything ent smoothly. The new doors and garage opener looked and worked great. After a few weeks and had some question and called Precision Garage just to check things out to see if any follow up adjustments needed to be done. They sent a technician that day and he arrived on time perhaps even a bit early. Mario was very professional and explained to me in plane talk that all the adjustments were spot on and that the system was functioning as designed. The entire experience was above and beyond a d it's just not as common as it used to be. I highly recommend that you give Precision Garage a call. Law have changed in California and if you replace or buy a Garge door opener from a company by law it must have a battery back in the event you lose power. This law came about as a result of the fires. Just give Precision Garage a chance if your in the market for a garage door they are professional and will explain everything mu h better than I do.

You are correct with the California law that every new garage opener must have a battery back-up installed. This is a safety factor in case of a fire. Mario's visit turned out to be far more costly than I had planned, but his replacing the worn rollers and lubrication of the hinges will help me sleep better at night knowing that I should not have any problems with my 30+ year old garage door. The cost, for this peace of mind, was shocking at approximately $800 an hour, but at my age, I felt I had no recourse. Mario was very kind and did a good job making me feel better about writing that check!

My tech was not Logan Huerner , I had Mario Guzman I spent $1200.00 so I hope I got some new parts.
