Very late in the evening last night my husband could not open our electric garage door. He did a precursor check and could obviously see that one of the springs was broken. He immediately went on line and requested a service call. Precision was able to come out the next morning 11:00am. But it gets better, John our technician phoned and said he was done with his previous job and could come earlier. Amen to that. Johns new moniker is Johnny on the Spot. He fixed our problem and suggested other repairs that should be taken care of to stave off any future problems. We were very happy with the service. Rating should be 10 out of 10.

Great Service but I was surprised in how the technician tried to sell or up the price because he said he did not know that it was a tune and lube call. He retracted the sale when I told him that the door just need an alignment and maybe replace a frayed cable. Yesterday, I tried contacting him (number on his card) about my invoice and he did not return my texts or call. I was VERY upset, since what would have happened if there was a problem with the repair? I am guessing that someone will read this email, I will be surprised if anyone does. I truly believe in the company of repairing and installing garage doors. Respectfully-
