I was thrilled with my new garage door system I had not realized how old my system was - and didn’t want to risk it failing - I decided to get the version with the high tech features It’s awesome !!! The light is bright ( LED) and is motion activated when you’re walking in and out of garage from the house - I have not tried the app yet Henry was terrific - efficient - polite - timely So happy with the new system !! Highly recommend this company !!!

While 2 new remotes were left. The remote that I gave to my wife does not open or close the door. I had placed it directly in her car without trying it first. Of course my wife was not pleased when she arrived home and had to wait in the driveway, leave the car there and then walk into the house telling me her remote did not open the door. I first went to the garage and used the wall unit to open the door. She then drove into the garage. I then tried using her remote and discovered that it did not operate the door opener. A little disappointing given a $1,000+ purchase. Please call me at (619) 208 1396, as early as possible in the morning so that this matter can resolved. My wife will be leaving the house at 8:00am to go to her 98 yr old mother’s house, as she does daily.

Happy to have Mathew be my tech sent from Precision Door Service today. He was personable, honest and quite skilled and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and correction pathway. Then he inspected the entire system and conditions. He told me what had to be done, what could wait, costs. I trust him fully and am extremely pleased with the work. Matthew Gisbert is a excellent tech who represents Precision at a highly performance level. Should my other door fail, I would seek both to fix it.

After calling for an appointment, the tech, Matthew, arrived two hours later. After an assessment, he found the problem and solution. He then evaluated the entire door system. I was told what needed to be done to make the door functional. He the noted the problems in my 22 year old system. The options, costs and priorities were discussed. There was no pressure allied by the tech. I selected the course of action. The work was completed in about an hour. I was very satisfied with the work, results and feeling that all things had been completed quite satisfactory.
