The gentleman who was here was very friendly and helpful. He came in response to make an adjustment to an unusual sound made by the garage door that we bought and installed by your company a month ago. The noise seemed to have lessened after your service person came to lubricate it. The noise still persist each time we first open the door, though it became less pronounce when we close the door again. I don't know if it is worthwhile to have your service person to look at it. Overall, we like your company and the service provided. We are impressed by the integrity of your company. When service was initiated and payment was made, your company did not process the transaction after the full installation of the door was completed, which was about three weeks later.
