I was quoted $149 to $199 per spring. It wasn't mentioned during the phone call that I would need 2 springs even though only 1 had broken. Additionally there was no mention of any bearing during the phone call. The tech told me I need the bearing that the torsion springs connect to. I was told on the phone call that the trip charge of $89 will be waived if the job would exceed $200, but when he came and quoted $549 for 2 springs and bearing and I asked him what happens if I decide to not go with him , he said I would need to pay $89 + $15 fuel charge , again there was no mention about the fuel charge. I had expected to pay max of $199 x 2 = $400 in the worst case scenario and NOT $549 that I ended up paying. I still haven't been sent the receipt, the tech said his wireless connectivity had sme issues but it has been more than 9 hours and I haven't seen the receipt. I felt like I was upsold and felt I was charged $150 extra as I was clearly told that each spring is $149 to $199 range. It was too late for me change my mind as I would have ended up paying $89 + $15 = $104. I wish these things were told to me upfront and a better estimate provided on the phone with not so much of a huge error margin. I have reservations in recommending your business to others.

On a Sunday afternoon, Precision sent Matthew Gisbert. 7 years ago Precision replaced all my door rollers. Recently, they started acting up by catching and not consistently rolling through the track. Matthew is a very skilled and competent technician. But what stood out was his demeanor. He was polite, and communicated clearly what we should do. I also appreciated his efficient work; he finished quickly.
