Original call/request for service on Thursday, June 10. Next day unable to complete repair due to all materials not on the truck. Saturday, repair arrival after 5pm to replace motor, visit was 2+ hours into the weekend hours. Ceiling light and wall light switch not responding, so promised a different repair on Sunday morning. On Mid Sunday, was informed that Dustin’s truck had broken down…another day gone. On Monday James tried to fix light and button, needed to return midday, which didn’t occur until 12:40pm Unable to make repair. Now it’s Tuesday… Next repair visit will be Wednesday, June 16, 8-10 am, to replace motor and all wall hardware/elements. I have made probably over a dozen calls to Precision to obtain updates/to find out where repair person was. Thus far, job still incomplete. Door mechanisms are, however, running smoothly and quietly

I am very pleased with my exprence with Precision door Josh is incredible tech. Had him out the first time to fix springs and new rollers, door worked perfect 8-9 months later the door was not closing at left corner leaving 1 inch gap. Josh fixed that and then did another inspection and found cracks in one of the metal panals. I inquired about a new garage door. Called and the office had him contact me he said he could come by 7 to 8 pm. Josh came by took measurements and had sample colors brochures of doors and windows. He patiently work with us.
