Took 4 visits to make it happen, wrong cables, broken cables, etc door opening is more noisy than its ever been, strange noises when opening and closing. I wish I had never had the cables replaced. New garage door opener that wasn't working only needed a new battery. If policy already isn't that new batteries are provided at the time of set-up, that would help to do so. Since we'd only recently received this, it didn't occur to us to need to switch the battery; thought the access coding had somehow been dropped. Could have easily avoided the inconveniences and time involved in dealing with it if a new battery had been used. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with Precision's timely responses and helpful approach to providing service for us. Thank you!!

Technician Greg Burns is totally awesome professional kind good listener. And then there's the receptionists.. made for a very frustrating experience! They love to tell people no and not much else. Garage door has three cracked glass inserts. The receptionist did not suggest the top panel with Windows can be replaced with a an entire solid panel. I thought that up after I hung up. And then I called back. So just so you know your receptionists Are Turning Away business. If they're not sure about something maybe they could have someone like Greg call me back. And by the way that Mr Handyman referral that you give out they don't service 92081. So I found a local garage door place that Services Door Tech and they are going to replace the glass for me. It's garage door Solutions in Vista. So no I'm not paying precision $950 for one panel LOL
