I called because my door is making a popping sound. Unfortunately it did not pop when the tech guy was here and he could not see the problem. He oiled the spring and changed two hinges and I paid alot of money for not much of anything. Now the door is still popping! I would like you to let me know that you have made a note of this so that if something goes wrong related to this popping sound that I do not need to pay again for a service call. From the beginning Mark the sales person was nice and informative. The installer Hollis was professional and polite. He made sure everything was correct. He cleaned up after himself. Precision doors kept me informed during the manufacturing phase of the door. Very nice office staff also. I don’t think you can be anything but pleased using these guys.
