I am very happy after Josh's visit today from Precision Garage Door. He not only installed a battery backup for my door opener, but also suggested some very good ideas on locks for the rest of the condo. In addition, he repaired some wiring problems and encouraged me to keep my keypad so I could go outside without my keys and still be able to get back in the garage door. I now feel very secure that I will have access in all situations, including an emergency power outage. I will definitely be coming back to Precision for more services in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

From the beginning, bad customer was given. The person that answers my call misinformed me of the cost and the charging assessment cost. Then a few weeks, later my door is not working properly and no one returned my call. Bad customer service is really bad, thinking to file something with BBB.

Quoted me $800 then after talking got it down to $600? Over charging to the max! Refused the service

This company will make up whatever ridiculous price they think you will pay for. Terrible, quoted me at $800 to replace torsion springs. Was unwilling to break down the cost, what portion is parts, what portion is labor. When I told him no, he tried to lower the price to $600, again while refusing to break down costs. Be honest with customers about pricing, stop trying to rip people off.
