Mr. Spratt: WOW! Now I get it. Matthew did his best to sell me a new garage door (+opener, track, etc.). I only wanted him to fix the Chamberlin Liftmaster that I have. He seemed to be uncomfortable doing a diagnosis. Long story short, he expertly assessed the problem, ordered the appropriate circuit board, and fixed my garage door. The tech was able to quickly identify the issue then explain and show it to me. I needed a new belt drive, motor, remotes, keyless entry and more. It's a bonus that the door is Extremely Quiet when opening and closing! All the work was done in One Visit - they arrive in a fully stocked work truck.
