Henry arrived on time (actually was able to come early which was fine, he did call first). He assessed the situation with my door and explained in detail what the problem was and what would need to be done to fix all correctly. He gave me two estimates to choose from explaining the more expensive would be the best in the long run. I was given a senior discount and free remote ( being a past customer). He worked diligently and in a very timely manner. Was very pleasant and knew his work well. Works fine now. I was pleased with Henry's work and pleasant manner. Thank you. Kudos to Henry!
