re: Invoice # 57407585 dated 04/26/22 I am satisfied with the repair of the springs and bracings for my garage door. PLEASE NOTE THAT, apart from this repair, Precision Door Service installed an external receiver on my garage opener unit, for use with a remote control. This proved unsatisfactory, and I subsequently asked to have the external receiver removed by your technician. This was done, and the external receiver and remote control were returned to the technician. Please credit my account the $164.95 that I was billed for the external receiver, as shown on the invoice referenced above. Thank you, Donna McKee-Gallant

I didn’t mind paying for the service fee. However the tech did not open the garage door to let the car out. I have to pay another technician to come next day to open the door. I will definitely not use your service in the future.

Once again, great quality service from Henry and we appreciate the company’s warranty and readily available appointments.

Very unhappy as I was lied to by this company. Service tech is not at fault it’s more the company and their representative over the phone. I was told my broken springs will have a service fee of $89 plus material. I said ok, come out. The estimate came out to $550 (their lowest option) for just broken springs so I said no thanks, it’s cheaper other places. Come to find out they wanted to charge me $89 fee plus gas fees just to give me price! Their representative never mentioned I’m liable for this. I felt lied to, over priced and nothing resolved. Worst service experience by the company. People don’t know better and pay for over priced services and leave 5 stars on top but don’t be fooled, it does not cost $550 to change garage door springs. Even other high priced companies were less then their quote. One star is not by choice, it deserves less.
