Could not ask for a more professional company, Precision of San Diego, and the sales representative, Greg Burnes, to help going through the selection process of buying a new garage door that is what you want, not simply what is company wants to sell you! We were shown a number of different options to customize our door to our likes and needs. Greg went through the pros and cons of each selection, and the cost difference of each choice. 5 star review. Precision Door was able to schedule us the next day after we discovered the spring had broken on the main door. Appreciate the availability of 7 days/week service as things that go wrong usually happen on Saturday night or Sunday! Pedro the tech came earlier than scheduled and was able to quickly access the situation (some broken hinges along with the spring)and get us back with a working garage door. He patiently answered all our questions and provided a detailed description of the work done and the parts used. Prices are competitive with other service providers. We have used Precision in the past and they did not disappoint today.
