Hello, Your technician, John came to my house this morning and looked at my garage door and said the he will put new hinges and going to charge me $308. But he doesn’t know if the other parts works or not and it may be $500 or more, up to $800.. I told him that I don’t have $308 to pay, I need to talk to the insurance and my brother, he says if I leave and you call the insurance back, they will charge you another deductible for the same service, which was wrong because I asked the insurance company., there is only one deductible for same service . after he left, I went to Home Depot and bought 2 hinges for $5.98 each and changed the hinges my self and the door started working.. this is a fraud what you guys charging people which is nor fair. Please pay attention to this matter.
