Excellent service, James walked me through a couple of options to repair the door with pricing. He changed the opener, rollers, sensors, controllers, almost everything but the garage door itself. He even adjusted some of the hinges on the door to be quieter. Can’t believe how much quieter our door operates now..

We had an amazing experience with Precision. From our first contact with them, we have been extremely satisfied. Henri came to give us an estimate. He explained why we were having issues with our system and gave us several choices. We chose to get a new garage door. The office staff gave great support each time I called with a question and followed through to find answers for me. Our installer, Alec, was here today. He arrived on time as promised, explained exactly what he was going to do, got to work and finished in a timely manner. He was extremely helpful showing us how the new system works, setting up keyless entry, and syncing our cars to the new system. He is an outstanding employee! Total price was more than we had anticipated, but we are very happy with our decision.

I called Precision Garage Doors this morning, and by 5 pm, Mario was at my house, inspecting me creaking and cracking garage door. Walked me through what was wrong, gave me 3 different quotes and got it all done in about an hour. Amazing!

Jonathan Topper was the technician that came to my house (somehow it says Logan Huefner on this review form). Jon was fantastic. Very skilled and professional. He was in and out within less than an hour to fix my broken spring(s). Explained everything well. Great asset for Precision! As for Precision Door, this is my first experience and so far it's been a good one. I'm only an hour and a half into a 5 year warranty/relationship. Not sure I'm in a spot to recommend, but if they are like Jon, I know that I will over time.

Excellent job! Arrived early. Worked quickly and professionally. (I’m not a fan of upwelling) Price was much higher than I was led to believe by the appointment taker on the phone. $119 plus parts approx $200/set for the springS. Plus tax which was in line with what I saw from other ads ($350ish). My cost estimate once here was $200 per spring.
