Henry was very good. Only reason that I did not give 5 Stars is that the cost to install two brace brackets was very high. Other than that, everything was good.

Call was not for broken spring. Was for inoperable wireless keypad. Five minutes to clean contacts and it worked. $15 environment fee is outrageous! Overall, $107 for 5 minutes work!

Attendant was very nice and very knowledgeable. He said the issue of the door getting stuck could be cobwebs on the censor. He cleaned those and checked the door and remotes and lubed the door. I said I would call back if the door hit stuck again

If I could give James Myer 10 Stars I would! James is professional, honest, ethical, so experienced in his profession, precise, caring, kind, patient, understanding and helpful. He was here exactly at the beginning of the time we hoped for and he worked diligently to get our door fixed and updated and to be way more efficient and quiet than it was before. He explained all we needed to know in a simple way so we could easily understand and he listened to our concerns about the garage door not opening at times. He confirmed for me why our door at times did not open and gave us a method to be able to open it at all times and even lock it if we need to. I cannot say enough about how wonderful James is. He deserves a BIG raise! Thank you so very much James.

James from Precision Door repaired my garage door yesterday, the day after Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised that their repair technician was actually early for the appointment, was very knowledgeable, completed the repairs quickly, and went beyond by adding some little repairs without additional cost. 5 stars!
