Fast, timely, and professional response that addressed the issue regarding my cables slipping off the pulley. in addition the tech discoveeed and resolved underlying issues w bad rollers and hinges (dragging and cracks). paid more than I was quoted over the phone, but the diagnostic/response fee was waived. regardless, I feel more confident that I chose the right company and it will be a long while before I have to call then out again.

Pedro was awesome. He was courteous and helpful for solving our sticky garage door issue. He then was able to quickly install a maveo bluefi stick and finally get our precision PDS 380 on our Wi-Fi net work so we can open and close our garage remotely. It was great to meet Pedro today.

James was the absolute best. We called at 11am on a Sunday thinking we'd get an appointment within a few weeks, but James was finishing up the whole job by 2pm.
