The spring on our garage door broke on New Year’s day. Thank goodness Precision garage door was open. A technician came to our house within the hour. Chasen was awesome, courteous and professional. He thoroughly explained our options and was able to fix what was needed. We will definitely call when we need to replace our garage door in the near future

Matt arrived, surveyed the situation after I gave him the rundown and after a bit of investigation, he provided me two repair options as well as replace. I was not ready for a new set of doors at this time, so selected the repair option that made the most sense to me. He made quick work of adding a strut & then tuning up the system and the door works very well (better than expected). Definitely extended the life of the system and I'll be calling Precision when the time comes for my new doors.
