After noticing the garage door opener laboring a few days, I discovered a broken spring on top of the door. I looked online for a repair company nearby and called Precision. After scheduling an appointment, I received a text saying James was on the way. He called a few minutes later saying he'd be there in 10 minutes. After showing him the door, we discussed the possible solutions. He got his ladder and tools, then had the job completed in 30 minutes including the paperwork or should I say tablet work. James was very cordial, competent and I would recommend James and Precision for any garage door work. Thanks James

Absolutely fantastic! Found problem, gave me three estimates for fix, fix with maintenance, and fix with maintenance plus roller replacement. Also, gave recommendations to avoid problem and to schedule regular maintenance. I like that. I did the whole she-bang. Came at early end of estimated time, sent heads up text on his way, super friendly and personable. Checked everything couple times to be sure everything worked. Asked permission to take pictures. Great, awesome, brilliant!

I purchased my garage door 12 years ago. Mark Davidson had left his card when the door was installed so I called him when I needed service. He answered his phone although he had just stepped off the plane in Boston. He said he would notify the office and have someone contact me. I was contacted that afternoon and we made an appointment for the next morning! I am impressed with the excellent service. Josh Jackson was knowledgeable and friendly. Our garage door had an opener on it, but at some point it had gotten broken and then we removed it. We had gotten used to manually opening the door with the handle. We recently had new neighbors move in all around us and we decided to invest in a new opener. It was an easy process. I called, they set an appointment and Greg came out bright and early the next morning. Really nice guy. He explained everything and gave me a pad for the outside as a gift. James came the same day with a smile and installed the opener. The door closes so quiet! I can’t even hear it! It is such a blessing. I wasn’t expecting to be so excited over a garage door, but I open and close it for all of my friends. Sounds corny, but it’s true!
