I thought I was to receive 2 flanged ball bearings but the invoice says only one? James and I discussed the amount for 150.00 for the ball bearings for 2 , one on each side I believe. Only one was put on? The service was very good and professional Harry

FYI after having your service person come out I followed up with another company who found that a slight adjustment solved the problem. The door and the opener are working perfectly.
