Precision lives up to their name in terms of very good communication, status updates, on-time arrivals and getting the job done right. My garage door is not a standard size and due to supply chain delays, took several months to arrive. Precision patched up the existing broken door until a new one could be installed and sent regular updates to let me know the order status. When the installation was scheduled at my rental property, Hollis called to let me know there might be minor damage to paint when the old weather stripping was replaced. Having done that type of work, I understood the issue and appreciated his attention to detail. He sent me before and after photos of the installation so I could see the results. It's 500 miles away and I don't go there often. It was clear the door and weather stripping was installed much better than the previous door. I do a variety of installations and repairs regularly and can easily tell when work is done well or not. Hollis takes pride in his work and was very pleasant to communicate with. The appointment was scheduled for 10am, Jonathan called and asked to come by a little earlier which was fine. We discussed different openers, Jonathan pointed out the model that was the best fit for my garage. Initially I was worried about the battery backup because I like to turn the power off when I'm home or on vacation. Fortunately, the Synergy 370 has a lock button that resolved the issue. The previous opener had been installed for over 24 years, so Jonathan suggested replacing the door rollers as well. The new opener operates very quietly and so far I am satisfied the product. Jonathan did an excellent job and completed the work in less than an hour.
