I love this company! This was the second time I’ve used them. They fixed my garage door when I stupidly backed my car into it going out (don’t ask) saving me thousands of $$ for a new one. The tech, Ben, was awesome. This time a cable broke and and the tech, Matt, came out. Nice as can be, fixed it lickity split, cost less than I expected and was super polite and professional. David was great, but the garage door is sticking again, so the fix did not work. Also, as I mentioned in a previous email to you, I forgot to mention that the service charge was waived in an email you sent to me. That is why I called you in the first place. Please refund that amount of the total charge - $89.95. And I'm not real happy that the door still sticks on the way up.
