I had some issues with my garage door this morning. I was unable to open it. I called this morning at 7:30 and they were here by nine. He gave me multiple options from a five year guarantee to a lifetime guarantee. He was very well informed and also gave me a new clicker. He was very professional and his name was John topping. I would highly recommend precision garage door repairs.

Jesse Franco was/is an awesome technician. He was on time ready to get the install started and completed. Jesse Franco explained the process thoroughly and verified the requested product. There was a computer mix up with the door color. Jesse called and with in an hour the right door arrived. I’m not sure if the technicians name but he also was very courteous and professional.

I had a broken garage door and I called at 7:30 AM and had a service guy out by 9:30 AM. He did a complete job and was very informative. I thought it was expensive but I haven’t had a door fixed in a long time. JON was my technician and he did a great job. I needed to new clickers and he provided them as well. Unfortunately they were expensive and I probably should’ve looked into it before I okayed the buy. Overall I was very satisfied with the work

The price seems a bit on the high side since the repair took less than one hour and I was charged the $89.95 service call and $249.95 for the hung door. This combination seems high for less than one hour of work.
