The technician who came to the house to review my complaint about "operator lights not coming on" gave me complete confidence in his knowledge and ability! He reviewed the complete door and told me that my problem was broken large springs and cracked rollers.'There wasn't anything wrong with my operator." After completing the work of installing new hardware, he invited me to witness the door's performance. THEN, he examined my operator and said the bulbs were screwed in too tightly. After adjusting the bulbs ... to my complete shock ... the lights came on as normal. Thank you Ben!

The service was not a "Broken garage door spring repair". The service was "Replace motor". I inquired about adjusting the opening and closing speed, but the tech told me he does not do that. Currently, the light flashes continuously once the door has been opened.
