Did not connect door back to opener did not test to make sure it worked had to hook back ourselves luckily my husband was home to do. Changed cable but cable is rusty and 2 inches of seal missing Pretty expensive perhaps someone should come and inspect Not pleased!

Gabe Angulo was super nice and friendly. He listen carefully as I explained what had been done so far to troubleshoot the issue with the door. He knew the solution had to still be something to do with the vinyl stop. I think what he did this time should take care of the issue. He was very personable and made me feel like he really cared. I had the automatic door opener is in case power is off installed as well as new rubber bottoms on the door John was sufficient efficient not sufficientThe cost was $931 which seems expensive but cheaper than new doors

It appears that you have confused me with someone else because you said the service was a broken garage door spring and products was none when in reality a new garage door was installed and all of that old garage door parts were removed. I was told that I would get two remotes only one remote was left if you can find the right person and the right job can you managed to get the other remote to me?
