Went out of way to get me in one day earlier. Tech was terrific said was not the batteries thought might be hinges needed lubrication, did that and lubricated the drive mechanism also, seems to be working fine now. Nothing needed to be replaced at this time.

When I asked for an estimate over the phone the operator did tell me about the expidited service fee (it was New Years Day). She did also tell me replacement springs prices range from $100-$349. So I was surprised to get a quote for over $1200 from the tech. Apparently we needed two of the most expensive springs as well as a new ball bearing, cable assembly and eviromental fee. The tech explained everything and repaired our open in less than 45 minutes. He lubricated it too and it runs nice and quiet. The service was quick and professionally done.

When our garage door failed, making an awful grinding noise, I called Precision and their technician Kai arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem: stripped internal gears in 20yo opener. He gave us a couple of options and immediately installed the one we chose. Very quick, clean, friendly and professional. This is what they do and they know what they’re doing.
