Thank you, Pro-Tech! This is a top-notch high-quality service run by trustworthy, ethical, honest good working people. A 5-star experience well earned. Our garage door broke in the middle of the operation and crumpled in its place. Pro-Tech came out and replaced the entire assembly and fixed everything we ever disliked about our garage door. The new garage door is way more secure with the automatic deadbolt when it closes. The garage is more insulated than I ever thought possible. All of the parts are new and tuned perfectly. The opening and closing are silent; the only thing you hear is the forceful thud of the deadbolt locking itself when the door closes. I had no idea I could be so happy with a garage door. Sam and Tim were available right away. I called a couple of companies, and most did not even call me back, but even those who did were not prepared to take action right away. Sam came out to my house immediately to help me get the garage door repaired and earned a lifetime of referrals from me, my family, and friends.
