Matt was so awesome. he can out just a few hours after I called the company. He was very informative and professional. He explained various options for us to consider. Our garage door opener was 22 years old. While he could have just fixed the portion that was broken, after speaking with him and thinking about the various options, we chose to replace the motor, rails, springs and remotes. This garage door has never been this quiet. We are so sastified with the service that Matt performed and will recommend Matt and this company to anyone who needs garage door service.

Our tech Greg was great. He came out the first time to talk with just me about new garage doors. Very impressed with his knowledge of the products. The service was quick and the door now works properly. The cost seemed high for the service. The technician gave me an estimate but I did not get a copy of the final invoice or email invoice as stated after I paid by credit card. I was disappointed that the same spring that Precision repaired in 2018 broke again, and that the technician did not seem to be able to tell me the work done previously (replacing rollers and other parts) and instead offered to replace them again at a significant cost. Probably would not recommend Precision to others.
