Jon Topping did the job. He did an excellent job He changed 10 roller bearings. Install a Strut and changed 5 sectional hinges to reinforce the garage door. The door is working ok. Thanks for the service it was 5 Star

Door completely broken, wouldn't move. Guess lots of chains and brackets, etc, needed. Door fixed and works fine. Thank you. (however, turned out to be a little costly, but it's working!)

From scheduling the appointment to the free onsite estimate- customer service was exceptional and professional. Called to schedule for an estimate and the technician was able to make it out same day. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable but not pushy whatsoever.

After backing into my brand new garage door from the inside and denting the bottom panel, and I was unable to close my garage door. Precision responded right away and within a couple of hours they repaired the door and ordered the replacement dented bottom panel. They did everything they said they would do, telling us it would be about 8 weeks to get the new panel & saying they would call when the panel was in. They called last Friday and our new panel was installed the following Monday. The tech was a little late but apologized profusely and did a good job. I finally found a good garage door company with knowledgeable & sincere technicians and highly recommend Precision.
