My experience with Precision was wonderful. The lady that took my call was very nice and efficient and had my time set up very promptly. Gabriel could not have been better. Gabriel explained price and parts to myself and my wife making all our options easy to understand. We made our selection in no time. Gabriel had the job completed and cleaned up in short order. Did not connect door back to opener did not test to make sure it worked had to hook back ourselves luckily my husband was home to do. Changed cable but cable is rusty and 2 inches of seal missing Pretty expensive perhaps someone should come and inspect Not pleased!

Gabe Angulo was super nice and friendly. He listen carefully as I explained what had been done so far to troubleshoot the issue with the door. He knew the solution had to still be something to do with the vinyl stop. I think what he did this time should take care of the issue. He was very personable and made me feel like he really cared. I had the automatic door opener is in case power is off installed as well as new rubber bottoms on the door John was sufficient efficient not sufficientThe cost was $931 which seems expensive but cheaper than new doors
